How does loyalBe work?
Once the *free* loyalBe app is downloaded (here), you can quickly link your bank account to the app. This allows loyalBe to know when you spend at any one of their partners, so they can reward you automatically. Let's take Starbucks as an example. Once you've activated your account, tap on the Starbucks offer you are interested in, then double-check the Ts&Cs (some offers may require a minimum spend). Once you spend £4.05 on your extra hot soya caramel latte at Starbucks via the linked card (or Apple/Google pay), loyalBe sees this and automatically rewards you in loyalCoins (loyalBe’s own loyalty currency). These loyalCoins can then be redeemed in gift vouchers at your favourite shops.

Is loyalBe secure?
loyalBe *never* sees your bank login information or bank balance and *cannot* make payments of any kind. As loyalBe is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, privacy and security are taken very seriously. No information about you will be used without your explicit consent (e.g. a brand asks you to share your email address with them in exchange for extra rewards) - you have the option to decline.
