However, Gallup reports that 21% of millennials "say they've changed jobs within the last year, which is more than three times the number of non-millennials who report the same," while 25% of Gen Z young professionals are hoping or planning to leave their current job within the next six months, according to LinkedIn's Workforce Confidence Index report.
